Our Merchants Committee will strive to help all the businesses in our community and attract new ones.  We hope to leverage our strengths via:

• Marketing Analysis

    A solid business base also helps keep taxes lower for residents of our community.  We all need to work together to make the Upper Perk downtown area a place where residents and visitors come to shop.

    Our team has already begun discussions with a Business Management Consultant from Lehigh University’s SCORE Program on how we can improve the economy of the Upper Perk Downtown Area.

    Upper Perk Downtown is helping to energize a new look for our downtown area.  Over the next few years we anticipate improvements in the streetscape with new paving, lighting, benches and sidewalks.
